Recent Companies House filings for AIR FM Community Interest Company, the organisation behind local radio station AIR 107.2, confirm several new additions to the board.
On 24 November 2025, Carl Greenham was officially appointed as a director of the company. Another new director, Jamie Lyones, was appointed on the same date. Both list their correspondence address as 61 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8EQ.
These appointments follow earlier changes made in August, when Marc Wesley Eyre joined the board on 20 August 2025, replacing outgoing directors Jamie Powell and Adam John Luckhurst, whose appointments were terminated on the same day.
The company remains listed as Active, with its recent director changes reflecting an update to its internal leadership structure despite its recent announcement about the stations closure due to spiralling costs.
